Refer a Friend Scheme: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The "Refer a Friend" program is open to all current private patients of Vale View Dental Care. Please note, the referred party must not already be registered at the practice. Credit will only be applicable for newly registering adults aged 17+. This only applies to private care and cannot be used for NHS.

Referral Reward:

Referrers will be eligible for a £60 Vale View Dental Care voucher on their next course of treatment for each friend referred who becomes a new private patient of the practice. Please note, the referred patient must attend for a New Patient Consultation on a private basis before any rewards are applied to the referrers account. You will receive a voucher via email as confirmation of the referral and your eligibility for the offer.

Referral Process:
Referrers must ensure that their friends provide their full name during their first visit to Vale View Dental Care and ensure they make reception staff aware they have optimised the use of the “Refer a Friend” scheme.

Rewards for Referred Friends:
Referred friends will receive a £60 Vale View Dental Care voucher as a welcome incentive. Please note, this cannot be applied to the New Patient Consultation.

Redemption of Rewards:
Referrer rewards can be redeemed on the next scheduled dental treatment following the successful referral. Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Tracking Referrals:
Referrals must be tracked through the designated system in the clinic, including referral cards, or an online referral form.

Program Duration:

The "Refer a Friend" program is effective from 01.03.2024 and will continue until further notice. The practice reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

Fraudulent Activity:
Any attempt to manipulate the referral program or engage in fraudulent activity will result in the disqualification of the referrer and referred friend from the program.

Limitations:
There is no limit to the number of friends a patient can refer. However, rewards are subject to the terms outlined herein.

Program Communication:
Vale View Dental Care will communicate program updates, changes, or terminations through email or the practice’s website.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the "Refer a Friend" program will be resolved at the discretion of Vale View Dental Care.

Compliance with Laws:
The "Refer a Friend" program complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The referrer must inform persons being referred that they have shared their details with the practice.

By participating in the "Refer a Friend" program, patients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
