If you are a Pay Monthly Care Membership patient and need to book a pain or problem appointment, please call us on 01656 721145. 

Additional Notes: 

• Weight Limit: The maximum weight limit of our dental chair is 21 stone (21st)

• Medication List: Please bring a list of all medications you are currently taking, including doses. We need this information to proceed with your appointment. If you fail to inform us of your medications, the appointment will need to be rearranged and charges may be applied.
