We are also committed to promoting sustainability and reducing our environmental impact, which is why we have been recognised by the Greener Primary Care Wales Framework and Award Scheme. Our practice is named in the Greener Primary Care Wales Yearbook publication, which is endorsed and signed off by the Minister for Health and Social Service.
Our commitment to excellence extends to our team, who were recognised as Team of the Month in July 2022. As part of this award, we also earned a certificate of tree sponsorship in the NHS forest.

We are one of few in the area that has a Trios scanner. Our Trios scanner uses advanced technology to capture highly accurate digital impressions of your teeth and gums, making treatments like orthodontics and the creation of dentures faster, more comfortable, and more precise.
We have a dental panoramic x-ray unit which provides a comprehensive view of your entire mouth, including your teeth, jawbone and surrounding structures. This allows us to detect potential issues early and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
At our dental practice, we’re committed to providing our patients with a comfortable and stress free experience. That’s why we use the latest technology to enhance the accuracy of our treatments while minimising discomfort.

Compliance
We are committed to providing the highest standard of care while ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. We have invested in iComply, a comprehensive tool that provides us with expert compliant support and helps us to continuously improve our services.
We regularly undergo audits to ensure that we are meeting all standards, including those related to infection control, radiography, and smoking cessation.
We have completed numerous quality improvement activities including the 'Improving Quality Together Bronze Award' and the 'Designed to Smile Silver Award'.
Access
We are dedicated to making dental care accessible for everyone.
We understand that dental treatment can be challenging for patients with mobility issues which is why we have invested heavily in this area.
Our ground-floor surgery and disabled access ensure easy accessibility for all, and we have a car park at the rear or the practice, including disabled parking, for your convenience.
We have undergone renovations including to our downstairs toilet which now features hand rails, an emergency pull cord, and a wider opening.
We have also installed a knee-break dental chair to make treatment more comfortable and accessible.
